Certyficate IMBiGS

The history of the Warsaw Research Institute begins in 1951 when the Institute of Organization and Mechanization of Construction was established. Over several decades, building its position in the market, this Institute is the most important research unit in Poland.

The testing laboratory carries out the certification process and issues a certificate with the “B” mark. Without this document, there would be no way that scaffolding could be used in Poland.

“The IMBiGS Working and Mining Machinery Testing Laboratory is accredited by the Polish Accreditation Center No. AB 049 in the field of scaffolding and formwork testing.”

As a scaffolding company, we established cooperation with the Warsaw Institute from the very beginning. Only thanks to this, we were able to introduce the RAM1 and RAM2 system to the market in such a short period of time at first and then the Multisystem modular system.

Based on the knowledge and experience of IMBiGS, we designed temporary structures such as scaffolding on the basis of:

– strength and performance tests,

– Construction safety guidelines,

– requirements related to safety of assembly and disassembly.

Many times during joint meetings with the Institute’s staff, our construction department received many innovative technological solutions, tips on how we should approach various topics related to the widely understood problem of temporary structures. Thanks to the fact that our activities with the Institute did not end with the certification process and our cooperation continues for many decades, we can boast a wide range of products and many expert opinions, reports that not only help us in the design of products, but especially our partners who design and assemble our elements on a daily basis.

At the moment we have more than 10 active certifications, for all the systems we produce.
